About Us

Rooted in Cobb County

Next Level Recovery is based in Cobb County, and Marietta is home. We were founded by people in recovery who live and work here, and who know what it takes to rebuild a life in this community. Here, recovery means connection to people who understand, and access to real help. It also means having a place to belong. We work alongside local recovery residences, treatment providers, faith and civic groups, employers, and other recovery community organizations. Together, we’re making recovery visible, welcome and possible for everyone in Cobb County.

Our Approach

Peer-led. Our programs are led by people with lived experience of recovery. We offer what only someone who has been there can: understanding, hope and an example that recovery is possible.

Non-clinical. We are not a treatment center, and we don’t diagnose or provide therapy. We offer peer support, education and community. When you need treatment or other care, we’ll help you connect to it.

Spiritual, not religious. Our programs build inner strengths such as peace, connection, clear thinking and purpose. No beliefs are required, and people of every faith and of no faith are welcome.

Every pathway welcome. There is no single right way to recover. We welcome and respect every path:

  • 12-step and other mutual-help groups

  • Medication-assisted recovery, such as buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone

  • Faith-based and secular approaches

  • Clinical treatment and counseling

  • Those still finding their way

No one here will judge your pathway or ask you to change it.

Free and open to all. Our services cost nothing and require no insurance, referral or membership. You’re welcome as you are.

Our Leadership
