The following outlines the learning objectives for each module within the Recover on Purpose Programs, encompassing both Spiritual Intelligence Training and Recover on Purpose Training curricula.

 

AWAKENING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING

 

Module-Specific Objectives:

Module 1: Introduction to Spiritual Intelligence 

Learning Objectives:

  • Define spiritual intelligence and distinguish it from religious practice

  • Understand the evidence-based four-factor model

  • Complete baseline Spiritual Intelligence Quotient (SIQ) Assessment

  • Identify personal growth areas and development goals

Module 2: Factor One - Peaceful State Expansion

  • Master techniques for consciousness elevation and awareness expansion

  • Develop daily meditation and mindfulness practices

  • Cultivate present-moment awareness

  • Recognize and transcend ego-based limitations

  • Measure progress in peaceful state capacity

Module 3: Factor Two - Unity Consciousness

  • Develop awareness of interconnection with all life

  • Cultivate compassion and empathy

RECOVER ON PURPOSE TRAINING

Module 1: Foundations - Understanding Addiction and Spiritual Intelligence 

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand addiction through multiple lenses (medical, psychological, spiritual)

  • Recognize spiritual disconnection as a root cause of addictive behavior

  • Complete baseline SIQ Assessment and addiction-specific measures

  • Develop recovery goals integrating spiritual intelligence

  • Establish safety and community within the cohort

Module 2: Peaceful State Expansion for Recovery 

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop alternative pathways to altered consciousness without substances

  • Master craving management through meditation and mindfulness

  • Cultivate present-moment awareness to interrupt automatic patterns

  • Build distress tolerance and emotional regulation capacity

  • Create sustainable recovery-oriented contemplative practices

Module 3: Unity Consciousness in Recovery
